Martin Compston’s looks are becoming a problem. The 25-year-old Scottish star of the home-grown classics Sweet Sixteen and Red Road, as well as the American indie hit A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints, has lost the dimple-faced baby chops of old and in their place have emerged the razor cheekbones and brushstroke eyes of a lady-killer.
